Precautions for the Installation of Organic Fertilizer Twin Shaft Chain Crusher: The twin shaft chain crusher is a crushing equipment in the complete organic fertilizer production line, responsible for crushing raw materials. As a crushing device designed for large-volume raw materials, it is widely used in industries such as chemical, construction materials, and mining. During the crushing process, it employs high-strength wear-resistant alloy chain plates with synchronous rotation speeds, ensuring uniform crushing, thorough dispersion, reduced wall adhesion, and easy cleaning.
The working principle of the double-shaft crusher is as follows: by rotating the two shafts in opposite directions, the material is sandwiched between the two rotating shafts. Under the action of axial force and compressive force, the material is crushed. Additionally, due to the counter-rotating motion of the double shafts, vortices are generated within the equipment, thereby enhancing the crushing efficiency of the material.
Preparation Work and Installation Precautions for Organic Fertilizer Twin Shaft Chain Crusher Equipment:
1. Before installation, select an appropriate location based on the equipments external dimensions and user requirements.
2. The foundation should undergo a level check. The base placed on the foundation must be level. Secure it with anchor bolts to ensure stable operation of the entire machine.
3. The rotating parts shall operate smoothly, and all fasteners shall be securely tightened.
The distribution box should be installed near the crusher, in a location easily accessible for operation.
5. Before starting, check whether the pulley is properly installed and whether the V-belt is tensioned.
6. After installation, perform a spot test to check if the rotation is correct and whether there are any abnormalities. Once everything is normal, run it idle for 10-15 minutes.

1. The design is rational and scientifically utilizes the working principle of the hammer mill, effectively increasing the linear speed of material impact in the crusher.
2. This design alters the movement path of materials within the crushing chamber, fully utilizing the chamber space to expand the crushing area while maximizing the protection of the screen plate, thereby extending the service life of the screen plate by more than double. When feeding from the left side, the two rotors rotate clockwise. The materials are impacted by the hammer plates and move from left to right, entering the left tooth plate crushing zone. Upon reaching this zone, the movement direction shifts from top to bottom, with the right rotor striking the materials from bottom to top, creating a dual-line-speed impact effect. The materials instantly change direction from bottom to top, entering the right tooth plate crushing zone. When the materials contact the screen plate, all particles have already been crushed into fine material.
3. Noise of the crusher: According to tests, the idle noise is 102 decibels, and the loaded noise is 95 decibels, which is essentially the same as the single-rotor crusher of 66X60.
4. The machine operates smoothly, with its stability surpassing that of a single-rotor crusher. When a 5-jiao copper coin is placed vertically on the bearing housing support plate of the crusher, it stands firmly.
