Different machines have different usage methods, and only by mastering the correct way to operate them can their efficiency be maximized. The same applies to compound fertilizer production equipment. The organic fertilizer production line consists of multiple machines, with the mixer being an indispensable component. Below are the solutions for how to properly use the mixer in organic fertilizer production equipment

First, before using the organic fertilizer production equipment mixer, a flat position is essential. The front and rear wheel axles should be propped up with square wood to elevate the tires and prevent them from moving during operation.

In terms of electrical management, a two-tier leakage protection system must be implemented. Before starting work, after the power is connected, a thorough inspection is required. The equipment can only be used after passing an empty-load test run. During the test run, the mixer drums rotation speed should be checked to ensure it is appropriate. Generally, the empty-load speed should be 2–3 RPM faster than the loaded speed (after material loading). If there is a significant discrepancy, the ratio between the drive wheel and the transmission wheel should be adjusted. Additionally, it is essential to inspect whether the transmission clutch and brake are flexible and reliable, whether the steel wire rope is damaged, whether the track pulley is in good condition, whether there are any obstacles around, and whether the lubrication of all parts is adequate.

During operation, regularly check whether all components of the mixer are functioning properly.

After use, regularly check whether the mixer blades are bent, and whether screws are fallen or loose. After work or when the machine is not in use, turn off the power and lock the switch box to ensure safety.
