Firstly, we need to ferment the collected animal manure. There are various ways of fermentation, such as using a fermentation tank, establishing a fermentation tank for storage and fermentation, or using the original stacking for fermentation. The use of fermentation tanks or fermenters for fermentation requires the addition of corresponding auxiliary materials (straw, soybean residue, humic acid, etc.) and fermentation agents to increase the organic matter in the raw materials and accelerate the fermentation process. Fermentation agents have the main functions of deodorizing, sterilizing, decomposing harmful substances in livestock and poultry manure, killing grass seeds, and accelerating the fermentation cycle. The primitive composting process has a long fermentation cycle, causes significant environmental pollution, and cannot effectively remove harmful substances from livestock and poultry manure. In trough fermentation, it is necessary to flip and dispose of livestock and poultry manure to enable microbial agents to better reproduce and decompose harmful substances in the raw materials. So, during the fermentation stage, it is necessary to use organic fertilizer fermentation turner equipment (hydraulic turner, disc turner, chain plate turner, etc.).


After the materials are fermented, thrown, and decomposed, they need to be transported to the secondary stacking area by a shovel truck. Use a shovel to transport the materials to the organic fertilizer shovel feeding bin, and evenly discharge the materials through the shovel feeding bin. Use a belt conveyor to transport the materials to the organic fertilizer semi wet material crusher for crushing. The material crushed by the crusher is transported to the organic fertilizer powder screening machine through a belt conveyor. The screened material can be directly packaged into powdered organic fertilizer or used as the raw material for granular organic fertilizer.


If nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium (NPK) elements need to be added to the screened powdered organic fertilizer to make organic compound fertilizer, powdered raw materials and NPK elements are required According to a certain proportion, it is transported to the organic fertilizer horizontal mixer for mixing, and then transported to the organic fertilizer granulator (new type of organic fertilizer granulator, disc organic fertilizer granulator, rotary drum organic fertilizer granulator, stirring tooth organic fertilizer granulator, etc.) for granulation through a belt conveyor. The particles are transported to the organic fertilizer dryer for drying through the belt conveyor, and then transported to the organic fertilizer cooling machine for cooling through the belt conveyor. The cooled particles are transported to the organic fertilizer particle screening machine for final product screening through the belt conveyor. Unqualified products are pulled back to the crusher for crushing or directly equipped with a return crusher for crushing. After crushing, they continue to the granulation stage. The finished products from the organic fertilizer screening machine are transported by a belt conveyor to the organic fertilizer finished product bin, temporarily stored in the bin, and then packaged by the organic fertilizer automatic packaging machine. After packaging, stack in the finished product area.


Harmful animal manure becomes organic fertilizer that is beneficial to the land and environment.
