Process flow of organic fertilizer extrusion granulation equipment
1. Raw material preparation: The step of organic fertilizer extrusion granulation is the preparation of raw materials. Usually, raw materials include organic waste such as feces, straw, and plant residues. According to the needs, the raw materials may need to be crushed and humidified first to ensure suitability for granulation.
2. Mixing and pretreatment: The raw materials are thoroughly mixed to ensure uniform distribution of each component. In this step, add an appropriate amount of moisture and adjust the humidity of the raw materials to achieve * * plasticity.
