A complete set of poultry manure organic fertilizer production line equipment for processing and manufacturing organic fertilizers includes fermentation, crushing, mixing, granulation, drying and cooling, screening, coating, and packaging processes.
The complete set of equipment for the organic chicken manure fertilizer production line used in each process is as follows:
1. Raw material fermentation equipment includes trough-type turners and plate-chain turners, featuring an X-shaped design that enables one machine to operate multiple slots.
2. X-type wet and dry material crusher, including vertical and horizontal crushers.
3. The fully automatic multi-bin batching machine is designed with 2, 3, 4, or 5 bins based on the types of raw materials required by the customer.
4. Mixing machines include vertical mixers, horizontal mixers, twin-shaft high-power mixers, drum mixers, and others.
5. Organic fertilizer pelletizers include disc pelletizers, X-type wet pelletizers, rounders, drum pelletizers, and coating machines. Select the appropriate pelletizer based on the characteristics of the raw materials.
6. The rotary dryer, also known as the drum dryer, employs a hot air drying mode as the temperature for organic fertilizer drying must not exceed 80°C.
7. The cooling machine and the drying machine have similar appearances, but differ in material and performance.
8. Screening machines include drum-type and vibrating types. They are categorized into primary screens, secondary screens, and so on.
9. The main body of the granule coating machine resembles the appearance of the dryer and cooling machine, but their internal structures are quite different.
10. Automatic metering packaging machines include screw-type and direct-drive types, with single-head and double-head configurations, and are made of stainless steel or carbon steel.
