Aerobic fermentation (traditionally known as composting) is the main method for treating organic solid waste, which has been widely used both domestically and internationally. It can be used for the treatment of solid waste such as urban sludge, feces, and organic industrial waste. Its purpose is to ferment organic waste to achieve harmless, reduced, stable, and resourceful treatment of the material. In large-scale aerobic fermentation projects, many U-shaped tanks are often constructed to store pre treated raw materials for fermentation. The subsequent processes include aeration, flipping, etc., and filling the materials into the fermentation tanks is the first step.
The standards for filling fermentation materials include the following:
1. Can fully fill the fermentation tank, ensuring that the space in the fermentation tank can be fully utilized;
2. The filling of raw materials should be smooth and uniform, with a basic consistency in height, to ensure the smooth progress of aeration and flipping processes in the later stage; 3. During the transportation and filling of raw materials, there should be no scattering or clean unloading to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the workshop;
4. The environment inside the fermentation workshop is poor and not suitable for workers to stay for a long time. The equipment should be operated as automatically as possible.
