Introduction to the production process of microbial fertilizer using disc granulation technology:


1) Send the processed animal manure (cow manure, sheep manure, chicken manure, pig manure, duck manure, etc.), appropriate amounts of qualified raw materials such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and fillers to the raw material mixer in proportion and mix evenly.


2) Transported to the disc homogenizer, the uniformly mixed material is added to the rotating disc of the disc granulator through continuous rotation of the disc.


3) Spray the processed microbial strains onto the material in the disc through the liquid component distributor of the disc granulator, ensuring that each particle is coated with microbial strains from the inside out; The rotating disc and its edges generate frictional and centrifugal forces on the material, causing it to move in a circumferential direction and gradually aggregate into balls by rubbing and squeezing the powder particles together; Due to the difference in particle mass, the gravity and centrifugal effects generated are also different. When the gravity and centrifugal effects increase enough to overcome the friction between particles, they will be thrown out of the disk, and smaller particles will still remain in the disk and continue to aggregate fine powder particles.


4) Transported to the biological fertilizer dryer, the fertilizer is preliminarily dried using the high air volume produced by the fan and the low temperature treated by the jet induced draft fan. Due to the strain, strictly control the drying temperature below the temperature at which the strain can survive.


5) Transported to the thermal screening for particle sorting, fine particles are directly returned to the disc homogenizer as the core to continue participating in particle adhesion and ball formation.


6) Transported to the secondary bio fertilizer dryer, fully utilizing high air volume and trace heat to thoroughly dry the bio fertilizer.


7) Transported to the organic fertilizer cooler, the fertilizer is cooled by natural or forced cold air.


8) Transported to the finished product screening machine, the large particles are crushed by the crusher and returned to the disc homogenizer to continue participating in ball formation.


9) The particle surface of the bio fertilizer produced by the dryer will lose trace amounts of microbial bacteria, and the microbial strains on the particle surface will be replenished by spraying with a coating machine.


10) Transport to the fully automatic packaging scale for weighing, packaging, and storage.


11) Drying, cooling, and workshop dust are discharged after passing through three levels of treatment including cyclone dust collector, labyrinth dust removal chamber, and wet scrubbing to meet the standard.


The production of microbial fertilizers using the disc granulation process has the following advantages:


The operation is intuitive, and the operation of the equipment can be monitored at any time. If any abnormalities are found, they can be adjusted in a timely manner.


The size of particles is determined by the inclination angle and rotational speed of the disc, and both the inclination rate and rotational speed of the disc can be adjusted. Therefore, the disc granulation process has a wide range of particle size control, strong adaptability, and a very high ball formation rate, which can reach 70%~90%.


The disc granulation process has a short production process, simple structure, low investment, and easy operation, making it more suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises.
