1. Wrap toilet paper around the filter element. Wrap the toilet paper around the diesel and engine oil filter cartridges, and wrap it with 4 layers of filtration in winter. Toilet paper with strong adsorption performance can improve the cleanliness of oil products and reduce oil consumption.

2. Install negative pressure valve. Installing a negative pressure valve can reduce the raincoat force of gas in the crankcase of a diesel engine, prevent oil leakage and combustion, extend the service life of oil, and reduce fuel consumption.

3. Use fuel saving and smoke reducing devices. Fix the fuel saving and smoke reducing device vertically in the oil circuit at the front end of the fuel injection pump and connect it to a DC electrical appliance. Used for gasoline and diesel engines, it can save 3-5% of fuel.

4. Install the inertia supercharger. Installed and used on the S195 diesel engine, the power can be increased by 10-15%, and the fuel consumption rate can be reduced by 3-5%. During installation, pay attention to the cleanliness and smoothness of the inner wall of the intake pipe. Add gaskets at the pipe joints to support the upper part of the pipe.

5. Return oil pipe diversion. The S195 diesel engine has a return oil pipe connected to the intake pipe, and the return oil is in the form of mist droplets, which enter the cylinder with air and can reach 20-50 grams per hour. Due to poor atomization, the oil was wasted. If the return oil pipe is connected to the high-pressure oil pipe, the oil will enter the low-pressure oil circuit, and the fuel saving effect will be good.
