Product Introduction: Organic Fertilizer Stirring Granulator is a molding machine that can manufacture materials into specific shapes. Stirring Granulator is one of the key equipment in the compound fertilizer industry.


Working mode of agitator granulator:


The agitator granulator is suitable for large-scale production of cold and hot granulation as well as high, medium, and low concentration compound fertilizers. The main working mode of the agitator granulator is wet granulation of granules. Through a certain amount of water or steam, the basic fertilizer is fully chemically reacted after being humidified in the cylinder. Under certain liquid phase conditions, the rotating motion of the agitator granulator cylinder generates pressure between the material particles to aggregate into balls.


The toothed granulator utilizes the high-speed rotating mechanical stirring force and the resulting aerodynamic force to continuously mix, granulate, spheroidize, and compact fine powder materials inside the toothed granulator, thereby achieving the purpose of granulation. The particle shape is spherical, with a sphericity of ≥ 0.7, a particle size generally between 0.3-3 millimeters, and a particle yield of ≥ 90%. The size of the particle diameter can be adjusted appropriately by the material mixing amount and the spindle speed. Generally, the lower the mixing amount and the higher the speed, the smaller the particle size, and vice versa.


Application scope of agitator granulator:


The toothed granulator is particularly suitable for granulating lightweight fine powder materials. The finer the basic particles of fine powder materials, the higher the sphericity of the particles, and the better the quality of the formed balls. Typical application materials: chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, charcoal, clay, kaolin, etc. This granulation method results in higher ball formation rate and more aesthetically pleasing particles, while also saving energy and being highly efficient and energy-saving.

Performance:


It is an organic-inorganic compound fertilizer, organic fertilizer, and bio organic fertilizer granulation equipment with uniform granulation force and a yield rate of over 97%. Due to the special nature of the coarse fiber of the material, the ball forming rate of the conversion granulator is low, and the stirring gear granulator cannot produce materials with a nitrogen content exceeding 8% (which is prone to sticking to the wall). This granulator overcomes the shortcomings of both - it can produce low-energy and high-quality granulation equipment for both organic fertilizers and organic-inorganic compound fertilizers.
