In the current era of increasing emphasis on green and environmental protection in agricultural production, organic fertilizers have gradually become a common choice for growers. And these organic fertilizers that can improve soil cannot be separated from the "processing" of various organic fertilizer equipment. They each perform their own duties, turning potentially polluting waste into useful fertilizers for farmland.
Firstly, there is raw material processing - crushing. Straw, rice husk, livestock manure and other raw materials have different initial sizes and textures, so they cannot be used directly. The crusher relies on high-speed rotating blades to crush these raw materials into appropriate sizes. For example, the toothed blade design can cut hard straw into small pieces, making the material easier to handle in subsequent processing and facilitating the mixing of different raw materials.
After the raw materials are crushed, they need to be proportioned and mixed. The ingredient system is like the "coordinator" of a production line, weighing raw materials such as animal manure, humic acid, and microbial agents according to predetermined proportions. After weighing, the raw materials enter the mixer, and the mixing blade of the mixer keeps rotating and flipping, allowing various raw materials to be fully mixed together, just like dough, to evenly distribute all materials and prepare for the next fermentation.
Fermentation is an important part of organic fertilizer production, which relies on the effectiveness of fermentation equipment. The common trough fermentation equipment has a rectangular fermentation trough. The flipping machine flips the material in the slot at regular intervals, which allows the material to fully contact the air while adjusting the temperature and humidity of the stack. When the weather is humid, accelerate the release of moisture; When the temperature is too high, cool it down in time to create a good environment for microorganisms, allowing them to quickly decompose organic matter in materials and convert them into nutrient rich fertilizers.
After fermentation, it is necessary to pelletize and dry the fertilizer. The granulator squeezes powdered organic fertilizer into granular shapes, which not only facilitate storage and transportation, but also distribute it more evenly when scattered in the field. Drying equipment removes excess moisture from fertilizers, allowing them to reach a suitable level of dryness and preventing problems during storage.
A complete set of organic fertilizer equipment can enable the reuse of agricultural waste and livestock manure. For those who want to engage in organic fertilizer production, understanding the functions and working methods of these equipment can better utilize them to produce fertilizers that meet the needs of farmland, reducing environmental pollution and bringing economic benefits.
