Powdered organic fertilizer requires relatively low investment and quick production. During the manufacturing process, it can sometimes be sold directly to nearby fruit farmers without packaging. Powdered Organic Fertilizer Production Line Equipment Process Flow: During the production of powdered organic fertilizer, the primary focus is on adsorbing dust and floating particles in the air. In the harmless treatment of livestock and poultry manure, the common method is strip pile fermentation, also known as conventional stacking fermentation. During fermentation, it is essential to avoid exposure to wind and rain to minimize organic matter loss. Therefore, before fermentation begins, a rainproof shed and fermentation walls must be constructed.

The following content is the process flow:
Proportions per ton of raw material: 500kg cow dung + 300kg pig dung + 200kg microbial residue + 50g microbial culture (cow dung and pig dung can also be replaced with other livestock and poultry manure). Auxiliary materials: When the moisture content of livestock and poultry manure is high, appropriate materials with lower water content such as straw, rice husk, or cake粕 can be added to reduce the moisture level of the fermented material.
Strip Pile: According to the above raw material ratio, form a strip pile as required. The length of the strip pile is unrestricted, with a width of 2 meters and a height of approximately 1 meter. During strip pile formation, the material must be evenly stacked layer by layer. Based on the amount of manure processed each time, select an appropriate width for the windrow turner. The image below shows a lifting-type windrow turner, which can adjust the turning height and reduce the return speed during the turning process.
Add the bacterial culture: Dilute the bacterial culture and its residue in a 1:5 ratio (the purpose is to dilute the culture and ensure even distribution. For example, use 1 kg of bacterial culture mixed with 5 kg of wheat bran or rice hull powder). Typically, 1 kg of bacterial culture can ferment 10 to 20 tons of manure or straw. In cases of large-scale fermentation, the mixture can be uniformly blended using a horizontal mixer and then spread over the surface of the strip piles according to the number of piles.
Turning and fermentation: Use a trough-type windrow turner to flip the windrows. When the temperature rises above 55°C, turn the windrows every 1 to 2 days. After fermenting at 55°C for 10 to 15 days, the windrows can be gathered.
Crushing: The fermented material cannot be sold directly as a finished product because prolonged stacking may lead to clumping. At this stage, the remaining large chunks of material must be crushed using a crusher to produce powdered organic fertilizer.
Sifting: To enhance the appearance, the powdered organic fertilizer is rescreened to obtain uniformly consistent powdered material before packaging. After following the above steps, the material is processed through a drum sifter to produce the powdered organic fertilizer.
