The upper computer is far away from the operation site, which improves the stability of the system and enhances the working environment for operators;

4. Mixing mixers - including vertical mixers, horizontal mixers, double shaft strong mixers, drum mixers, etc. The internal mixing structure is divided into blade type, spiral type, etc. Design a suitable mixing structure based on the characteristics of the material. The discharge port is designed with cylinder control and baffle control.

5. Organic fertilizer special granulator - including disc granulator, new wet granulator, round throwing machine, rotary drum granulator, coating machine, etc. Select the appropriate granulator based on the characteristics of the raw materials.

6. Rotary dryer, also known as drum dryer or bio organic fertilizer dryer, uses hot air drying mode because the temperature during organic fertilizer drying cannot exceed 80 ° C.

7. Cooling machine - similar in appearance to a dryer, but with different materials and performance. The dryer mainframe is made of boiler steel, and the cooling mainframe is customized with carbon steel plate.

8. Screening machines - including drum type and vibrating type. The screening machine is divided into three-stage screening, two-stage screening, etc.

9. Particle coating machine - The appearance of the main machine is similar to that of a dryer and a cooler, but the internal structure differs greatly. The interior of the coating machine is lined with stainless steel plates or polypropylene. The whole machine includes a matching powder hopper and oil pump.

10. Automatic measuring packaging machine - including spiral and DC, single head and double head, made of stainless steel and carbon steel, customized according to customers actual needs.

11. Conveyor equipment - including belt conveyors, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, etc.
