Organic Fertilizer Production Line Process:

1. For ground strip piles, use a ground turning machine; for fermentation pools, add materials and employ a trough-type turning machine

2. Evenly sprinkle organic fertilizer fermenter, turn and ferment to achieve temperature rise, odor elimination, decomposition, and sterilization of impurities and weed seeds

3. Ferment for 7-12 days, with the number of pile-turning operations varying depending on local temperatures

4. Fully fermented and decomposed, ready for removal from the pit (ground-level direct pile-up with forklift)

5. Use a graded sieve for coarse and fine screening (the screened powdered fertilizer can be directly sold)

6. Crush the selected large chunks with a crusher and return them to the grading screen
