Pig manure organic fertilizer products can be produced in pellet or powder form, depending on market demand. To ensure balanced nutrients, facilitate transportation, and improve storage, it is recommended to process organic-inorganic compound fertilizers into pellet products. The pellet shapes include cylindrical and spherical. The finished products moisture content requirements are: organic fertilizer ≤20%; organic-inorganic compound fertilizer ≤10%.

The utility model pertains to the technical field of organic fertilizer production equipment, specifically an organic fertilizer production line, which sequentially includes a crusher, fermentation tank, granulator, dryer, cooling machine, coating machine, screening machine, and packaging and metering machine. The fermentation tank consists of two sidewalls and a base plate, with a temperature control system installed on the exterior. Holes are arranged on the two sidewalls, each housing an extensible rod that extends from inside to outside the fermentation tank. The end of the extensible rod inside the tank is equipped with a conical head, and a temperature sensor is mounted on the conical head, connected to the temperature control system outside the tank. The granulator features a circulating conveyor belt driven by transmission wheels, with a pressure plate mounted above the belt. One end of the pressure plate has a feed pipe inclined at an angle, and the surface of the conveyor belt is fitted with a perforated plate arranged in a honeycomb pattern.
