The products produced by the bio organic fertilizer production line are made from fresh chicken and pig manure as raw materials, without any chemical components. Fermentation turning machine

The fermentation turning machine is suitable for the fermentation and turning of organic waste such as livestock manure, sludge garbage, sugar factory filter mud, residue cake, and straw sawdust. It is widely used in organic fertilizer plants, compound fertilizer plants, sludge garbage dumps, horticultural fields, and mushroom planting fields for fermentation and water removal operations. Suitable for aerobic fermentation, it can be used in conjunction with solar fermentation chambers, fermentation tanks, and transfer machines. Semi wet material crusher

Semi wet material crusher, this equipment allows the moisture content of organic fertilizer materials for biological fermentation to reach 25% to 50%, and the particle size can be adjusted within a certain range according to customer requirements to meet granulation standards. It has a grinding effect on hard substances such as glass, ceramics, bricks, and crushed stones in urban household waste organic fertilizer, achieving the effect of processing and use. This equipment shortens the process flow for organic fertilizer and composting production.

The working principle of a horizontal mixer: The horizontal cylinder is equipped with dual axis rotating blades that rotate in opposite directions. The blades form a certain angle to circulate and stir the material in the axial and radial directions, so that the material is quickly and evenly mixed. The performance point of the horizontal mixer is that the rotational speed of the reducer driving the shaft and the structure of the blade will weaken the gravity of the material. With the lack of gravity, the differences in particle size and specific gravity of each material are ignored during the mixing process. The intense stirring motion shortens the mixing time, making it faster and more efficient. Even if there are differences in the specific gravity and particle size of the materials, good mixing effects can still be achieved under the rapid and intense agitation and scattering of the staggered mixing blades. High uniformity of mixing, low residual content, suitable for mixing two or more fertilizers and pre mixed additives.
