The drum pelletizer is a forming machine capable of shaping materials into specific forms. The primary working method involves wet granulation, where a certain amount of water and steam is used to adjust the moisture of the base fertilizer inside the drum. Under specific liquid-phase conditions, the rotational movement of the drum generates compressive forces between material particles, causing them to agglomerate into pellets.

Structural Layout:
1. Support Frame Section: The entire rotating part of the machine is supported by a frame, which bears significant loads. Therefore, the support wheel frame of this machine is constructed from medium carbon steel plates and channel steel through welding, adhering to stringent quality control and special process requirements.
2. Transmission part: The transmission section of the entire pelletizing machine is particularly crucial, as it drives the operation of the entire unit. The transmission frame is welded from high-quality channel steel, ensuring reliable quality.
3. Large Gear: Fixed on the machine body, it meshes with the driving small gear to rotate in opposite directions and drive the machine body. Made of wear-resistant material, it extends the service life of the machine.
