Product Structure and Features:

1. The semi underground design is mainly adopted for the convenience of material loading and to save labor.

2. The underground structure design does not require the height of the factory building (this system can also be installed above ground level; installing on the ground requires the addition of material lifting equipment such as bucket elevators).

3. Measurement method: Several materials are fed onto a measuring scale according to the pre-set formula in order and accumulated. After measurement, they are transported by a conveyor to a mixer for mixing. After mixing, they enter the packaging system for packaging.

4. Mixing method: Using a cost-effective and high-quality concrete mixer, this type of mixing is uniform, reliable, and easy to operate.

5. Lifting system: Both bucket elevator and belt conveyor can be used.  

6. Packaging system: We use our companys self-developed granule packaging machine, which is easy to operate, accurate in measurement, and fast in packaging speed.

In addition, heating and insulation measures as well as protective measures should be added to the components to ensure normal production in low-temperature environments.

7. The logic control adopts PLC control, and the automated double-layer roller extrusion granulator has a high degree of durability.

8. Fully computer-controlled, capable of storing over 1000 mix ratios, making it easy to query the set and discharge quantities of any bag of material in any production cycle; And it can search for the production date and time of each bag.
