   Operating Instructions for Twin Roll Extrusion Granulator: The twin roll granulator must be started under no-load conditions, and it is strictly prohibited to start with material inside. Avoid feeding iron objects into the machine to prevent roller shaft breakage

   Apply yellow grease to the gear section of the extrusion granulator before operation. For the roller granulator, apply yellow grease to the chains and sprockets every 7 days. Lubricate the bearing housing of the extrusion granulator every three months or replace it with new yellow grease. Before using the roller granulator, add gear oil once to enable production. Replace the gear oil every four months
