When selecting organic fertilizer production line equipment, remember to adhere to six key points:
1. Determine the size of the organic fertilizer production line equipment: For example, whether it is an annual production capacity of how many million tons or how many tons per hour, in order to determine the price.
2. Determine the shape of the particles, i.e., select the type of granulator: whether it is powdered, columnar, flat spherical, or standard round.
3. Determine the configuration level of organic fertilizer production line equipment: Different configuration levels result in varying prices for organic fertilizer production line equipment, differing labor requirements, and varying stability and output efficiency of the equipment.
4. Determine environmental requirements: In areas with low environmental requirements, heavy gravity dust removal is generally sufficient, with minimal investment in organic fertilizer production line equipment. In areas with high environmental requirements, a combination of heavy gravity dust removal and ink-based dust removal is typically chosen to meet air emission quality standards.
5. Determine the type of fertilizer to be produced. This involves selecting the appropriate equipment for processing pure organic fertilizers, compound fertilizers, or organic-inorganic compound fertilizers. Organic fertilizers are generally categorized into four types: pure organic fertilizers, organic-inorganic compound fertilizers, bio-organic fertilizers, and microbial compound fertilizers. The equipment may vary slightly depending on the specific type of organic fertilizer.
6. Selection of Fermentation Turner: Common fermentation methods include windrow fermentation, shallow trench fermentation, deep trench fermentation, tower fermentation, and rotary drum fermentation. Different fermentation methods require different organic fertilizer fermentation equipment. Generally, a shallow trench turner is more suitable for aerobic fermentation principles (advantages of shallow trench turners: align with aerobic fermentation principles, reduce anaerobic conditions, ensure thorough fermentation, and achieve faster fermentation speeds).
