The vibration motor is the core power source of the screening machine, which directly determines the vibration effect and screening efficiency of the screening machine. Without it, the screening machine cannot achieve material classification.


Core function: Provide vibration power

The vibration motor generates high-frequency vibration and transmits it to the sieve box and screen mesh, causing the material to jump, roll, or move in a straight/circular direction on the screen surface.

This vibration can overcome the adhesion and gravity between material particles, allowing fine particles to quickly pass through the sieve holes while preventing the sieve from clogging.

Key Function Extension

Adjusting screening efficiency: By adjusting the excitation force, frequency, and amplitude of the vibration motor, it can adapt to the screening needs of different materials (fine/coarse, dry/wet).

Ensure grading accuracy: Stable vibration output can evenly distribute materials on the screen surface, with clear layering, and avoid mixing phenomena.

Adaptation device type: Linear vibrating screen requires dual motors to produce linear vibration, while circular vibrating screen relies on a single motor to produce circular vibration. The installation method and direction of the motor directly determine the movement trajectory of the screen box.
