What are the environmental standards for the extrusion granulation production line of compound fertilizer?
Release time:2025-11-14 Views:19 Sources:Taian Hongxin Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd

The environmental standards for the compound fertilizer extrusion granulation production line cover four core pollution categories: air, water, noise, and solid waste. At the same time, it is necessary to follow the requirements of clean production and total amount control. The existing standards serve as the basic norms, and some areas will also add local standards to strengthen control. The specific measures are as follows:

Clean production and "three simultaneities": advanced technology and equipment should be adopted, and clean production should reach the domestic advanced level in the same industry; Strictly implement the "three simultaneities" system for environmental protection, and design, construct, and put into use environmental protection facilities and main projects simultaneously.

Total pollutant control: The project needs to obtain corresponding emission rights indicators, and the emissions of major pollutants such as SO ₂, NO ₓ, and particulate matter must comply with the total control indicators approved by the environmental impact assessment. For example, some projects will explicitly require specific limits such as SO ₂ ≤ 0.5 tons/year and NO ₓ ≤ 4.6775 tons/year.

Supplementary standards for volatile organic compounds: If there are coating processes, heating, and oil prevention in production, the non methane total hydrocarbons and other volatile organic compounds generated must comply with the "Unorganized Emission Control Standards for Volatile Organic Compounds" (GB37822-2019). Some regions may also refer to local standards such as the "Emission Standards for Volatile Organic Compounds Part 7: Other Industries" (DB37/2801.7-2019) to control the concentration of unorganized emissions at the factory boundary.
